Before you bid

B-Stock is a liquidation inventory source. A few things resellers get caught by with this kind of source:

Manifested vs. unmanifested lots. An unmanifested pallet is a real gamble. Even a manifest can be wrong or incomplete.
Damaged or non-working items mixed in. Inspect everything before you list it, not after a buyer complains.
Storage and capital. Buying in volume ties up both space and cash.
